Who knows. Sticker looks the same as on a real one.

Either way, an aftermarket rad cap is just for ricer points anyway.

Nope. That's a standard cap with a sticker. The real cap has japan on the left and is a higher pressure. As for ricer points well to each his own. Imo spend the extra 10-15 buy from a reputable dealer be happy with the quality

Actually an aftermarket cap will help, as raising the pressure on the radiator cap helps increase the efficiency and flow of coolant thus helping cooling on the car.

Back to the main topic though, I'm not sure if that Spoon one is authentic or not, as I've seen a lot of knock offs on Ebay. We are a Spoon distributor, so if you ever need a quote on Spoon parts, feel free to let me know.

Thanks.

Higher pressure = higher boiling point, it's not going to be a giant difference but it can help. Water wetter and a higher rated cap cured my overheating problems on track more than once.

I hear that happens a lot with their shift knobs too, sticker printing place must be crappy. But if you think about it, Spoon is not some giant entity, it's just a race shop. I would be pissed if I got some Mugen stuff and it was bad quality but I don't expect as much from Spoon.

For the stock radiator, you'll use a type D.
