Any ideas? Help?
So I have a 08 honda fit and it's been jerking a lot, anyways my car was in drive and the light turned green so I was about to hit the gas and my car started jerking even more that it just stalled/shut off. Any ideas of what it might be? Glad it stalled because some lady cut me off too!

You might want to get your values adjusted, I had the same issue and it went away from getting the values adjusted
Their VALVES, NOT VALUES.....
It sounds as though the engine is hesitating or missing, which is typically either valves needing adjustment, or spark plugs and/or coil packs needing replacement, or possibly both. There are other possibilities, of course, but those seem to be the most common from what I've seen here.
If the check engine light is on, getting the codes that are set in the computer might be really helpful in diagnosing the problem.
If the engine is running perfectly but the car still jerks and clunks, I'd take a good hard look at the motor mounts.

Still, the manual tranny fluid needs to be replaced about every 30,000 miles to replenish the friction modifiers that allow the synchronizers to work well.
So go ahead, "Git 'Er Done". Shifting will be easier...

I, too, vote for having a valve adjustment done...

If you mean "The clutch judders" that's a whole different ball game. Look here:
What makes a clutch judder
Our '07 occasionally judders a little, on cold mornings.
Coils packs, they are notorious for being crappy. Probably not valves, at worst they will clatter, they can't really cause stuttering or stalling unless they are damaged, then no amount of adjusting will help that.
Unless you are in the artic with -20 below temps it is start and drive car.

A LOOSE valve will clatter. BUT the exhaust valves TIGHTEN until the won't open. That's the Silent Killer.
When setting valves, I always go for the loose end of spec. Yeah, the valve noise is somewhat audible, but it is music to my wallet's ears.
