Okay so after realizing the honda letting our android phones work with the radio is basically hopeless and android auto isn't gonna happen anytime soon i figured I might as well focus on getting Sirius XM to get decent quality sound.

Sooooo.... Im gonna need someones help with figuring out what we need to get this working in an EX model. The first step to figuring this out is go get someone to pull out the radio of there NAvi model and see what is plugged in the back there, possibly get a model number or even just take pics.

we did this already. figured out part numbers etc. it is not cost efective, not even remotely.

you can wait for honda to release a sirius add on kit or you can do what mysel and others have done and install sirius via the HD31 adapter and fm modulator.

 

ahhh really that sucks. I really do not want to do a wired fm transmitter I absolutely hate the sound quality. ( I used to install so ive done enough to know the quality) I didnt want to but I may have to resort to streaming from my phone.

 

I bet the FM modulated sirius would sound better than the stock head unit. This car has the worst sounding sirius I've ever heard...

 

What's the part number for the Sirius module?
