Yes when I dropped the bottom engine shield a tool came down and almost hit me in face.

This is another reason why no one should go to the dealer where I bought this car.

I remember taking apart a '60s Chevy Impala. Inside the front fender, I found a rusty pair of vise-grips holding two panels together. They were in an area normally inaccessible with the fender installed, so it is likely that the pliers were there from the factory.

Pity that the tool you found wasn't Snap-On, showing that the person who lost it was a professional. That one looks more like Harbor Freight.

Behind the spare, under the really cheap oil cloth cover of a 1964 Pontiac GTO, a large screwdriver with about a 2 foot shank. It was not rolling around since it was stuck to the bottom of the trunk with the dum-dum sealant. No sword fights on the assembly line, fellows.

Ya I know it wasn't a professional that left the tool because of all the quality issues I had to fix on the car since I bought it.

It is estimated that twelve times a day patients have "retained surgical items" sewn into their body.
