Is $7,500 a fair trade-in for a 2011 honda fit sport with 90,000miles

With gas being cheap? Probably. That said, I'd fight for 8500 minimum.

Depends on what you're trading for. That's about what I got for my '09 Sport last year in trade for a '15 Fit EX. Mine was in very good/ex. condition with similar mileage.
