Best for tire mount on aftermarket wheels

Where would you guys get tires mounted for cheap? I am looking around my neighborhood and seeing $20 per wheel insanity...

Right now I am thinking 15x6.5 Konig Heliums + stock tires. Maybe in the future, Kumho Ecsta SPT 195/50VR-15.

50 doesn't sound bad but it needs to be where I live.

If you can find tires that suit you at Costco, mounting is free and future rotating and balancing after the sale as well. You can order tires online at their web site for installation at your local Costco store.
