I bought my 08 in feb through the costco auto program, and I paid couple hundred off msrp even though on the car it had a $2000 markup sticker. I got mine at concord honda, salesman was Ali (forgot last name).

SOHC EJ25, eh? Oh well. I liked the 97 version better.

I went to Honda Redwood City because I had bought cars in their previous iterations. They kept changing prices on me until I was about to walk about empty handed then they agreed upon 19.3K out the door (abt 17579 plus change on the car itself) without any accessories. It was annoying but their floor mats suck ass anyway. The weathertech ones are better.

I usually talk to Kent Lee. You can tell him that Armand sent you and I'll make sure I put good word for you before you go.

Go to OAKLAND honda. They had almost all colors in stock when I bought mine. They leave the plastic on the cars so they don't get damaged until you buy it. From the time I got to the dealer, it was under an hour from intro, go to the car, pick the one I want, Sign the papers, let them detail it, and I was out the door.

I have worked car dealers my whole life, and even bought my accord brand new for invoice in 2000 (stupid cheap) from one of the dealers I work for. But seriously, if you know what you want, just call Oakland Honda, ask for Connely(sales manager) and just tell him what you want and they will take good care of you. It was the easiest car purchase ever. As my 4th car and 3rd honda, I would do it again. Really nice no-BS dealership.

Its the closest thing to buyin one from your buddy at hookup price. Otherwise if you are in the north bay Hansel Honda Steve Dolowitz or Brian Seman are good to deal with. They have been sellin hondas over 10 years and are pro's at makin it easy. My family has bought 3 accords from those two guys, and my next door neighbors got 2 accords from brian. Bein in the Biz I have been spoiled with good hookups
