lol.....guess what people. I finally decided bost and will be getting the HKS installed hopefully next week.

your going with hks kit from sp engineering?

hopefully there will be a authorized fcon tuner around.

other wise it will be a long drive of some sort.

I really wish it offered more power though. But the CARB legal thing is what sells me BIG time.

I bet you you'll probably get your HKS installed before I install my springs.

CARB Legal is good, just in case cops pull you over. I've been seeing alot of them lately because they're cracking down on firework use in some cities & cell phone driver.

I managed to get 18 mpg... lol

Hmm...let me retrace what I did:

1. Drove AC on #3 all the time
2. Pounded on the pedal up to 3,800 RPM...not gentle at all
3. Idled with the AC on.
4. Used STP fuel cleansing additive.
5. Radio was on all the time.
6. This was done on all city driving.
7. Tested to see how fast I can accelerate on freeway for 1 mile, then exit.

I got a good 72 miles off 4 gallons. Then I put 4 more gallons of premium gas in to test again. Fun time is over, time to hypermile. LOL... I'm getting around 25-30 mpg all city driving again doing the opposite. I just hope the gas gauge is consistent.
