wow that exactly like my best friend she has a bruise from paintball about years ago on her thigh too and still there....and we ice it, massage, put the asia tree oil stuff I got from mother and nothing....I would ice it and massage...

whats up charlie. i went to the 626 meet tonight, it was pretty cool. you should deffinately swing by next week. we need more fits out there.

aww, f'real? i'm really going to try and make it out one day. lately, i've been so busy that i haven't even been able to make it to the 818 meets anymore ,and that's only 10 minutes away from my house

i ran with my dog when i got home from work. he got tired before i did AND his a terrier breed too haha... either he's hella out of shape or i'm in great shape

hmm... thats funny. cuz i think you're in good shape since you're a dancer. when you dance alot, its pretty much your exersize.

^^hell yeah Dancers are always in excellent shape. I was doing dance my senior year in HS and are dance teacher/coach always had us doing cardio stuff.

Yes I do actually work!!! It just this month been super busy with training on new software and hardware and meeting with company b/c our company is expanding and upgrading.......Good luck on funny one!

ah, high school... i was in both the worst and best shape of my life. freshman year i was 230 lbs
