Anybody going to the fit owners survey held on july 1 2008 in long beach?

The survey group is for fit owners who have modified their cars.

They called me after i attended the spo com show in long beach. If you were a fit owner, they made you fill out a survey and you got a honda flashlight. The survey is held in long beach and you get 100 dollars for attending it. Maybe you can go to a local honda dealer and ask about. I posted this thread cause they said the will be sending me all the information with address but i never rec'd a email.

From the conversation on the phone with the gentleman, it is by invitation only.

All i know so far is that its in long beach (Kilroy Airport Way
), its held on july 2, and u get 100 dollar for attending it.

If rec'd more info, ill pass it along. Im still waiting for the email they were supposed to send me...

 

Ok i finally got the email.

It is a Honda Fit Focus Group to obtain thoughts and opinions of the Honda Fit.

Anything you guys want me to tell these ppl? Any compliants?

On my list of thoughts:
1) Its a lil under powered for me
2) Paint is kinda thin

true its only the driver that needs to be sexy...
my dates always complain that there is no mirror for them to fix themselves

 

1) Send out a TSB about the rattles in the dash & doors so that the dealer can fix it under warranty.

2) Stiffer shock absorbers, the car has a tendency to bottom out (bone-stock) on dips because the struts are too soft. The spring rate is good.

3) It's 2008, disc brake on all 4 corners should be standard. The drums take away a lot of the Fit's braking potential.

4) The A and C-pillars are too big, there are a lot of blind spots on the Fit.

5) Why isn't the Fits' emission rating lower than what it is (LEV)? It's only 1.5L, why does it pollute more than a civic?
