*714*Socal*Basic Installer*

I thought I would try out my luck in here since I am a fan of the Fit. I'm a basic installer. I can do most bolt ons, all suspensions, and brakes. This is going to be my sidejob, working on about 2 cars over the weekends to make some extra money. I believe my prices are fair. If the price isn't right for you, you can go somewhere else. Work will be done in Anaheim. You can email me at frankiexho@yahoo.com. I check my email more often then this forum and will get to you faster.

Engine
Headers(i4)-$40
Headers(v6)-$80
Exhausts-$50

Coilovers-$100 (includes adjustment)

What kind of experience do you've working on cars and Fit?
Type of tools you have i.e. air tools?
Any references?

Just somestuffs that will help you when people are considering you for an install.

I have work on Acura RSX, Hyundai Tiburons, and EG Civics. Would like to work on more cars though. I have only done coilovers and minor bolt on's hence why my install list is not as big as others(just the easy stuff). As of now, since this is just a sidejob money I dont have any expensive tools. Only references I have are just 2 people from Hyundai forums.

Just a helpful word (or two or three) of advice from one installer to another. Do shit for free until you get enough people to know who you are and that you can actually do what you say. Air tools are important, who wants to sit around for 2+ hours on a spring install? Adjust your prices before you find out you are undercutting yourself to get a buck or two. IE, header install for $40...have you tried one in our engine bay yet? not easy. Springs install for $80...most shops charge around $150 for springs alone. Drop that price a bit, I charge $50 and do it on average 45min-1 hour with air tools. Rear camber bolts for $10 each...we have no rear camber bolt adjustment. $40 for a front sway....that is about a 2 hour job. you will need to drop the sub frame, not nice. Those are just a few.

You need more experience with Hondas if you are gonna jump into this.

I have been working on Hondas for abooouuuuut 16 years and I love every minute of it.....as long as it's a hobby. I'm not here to stomp on your toes, but I think you are diving head first into a puddle of mud. Just get people some minor work done so you build some confidence and trust from people here. That's pretty much how I started here. Now when someone local is looking for an install, they either already know me or someone refers them to me. But most would rather experience working on their cars by themselves. Maybe I will host another wrench meet, maybe i wont. Last time we had i think 17 or 18 cars, shit was fun!

If you ever need any help...gimme a holler
