Really? I'm actually doing granite upgrade when I get back and it closes. How much of it do you have and how much?

i have a good amount left. at least for the counters. but price wise, i'm not sure yet. i won't sell it for much since i'm trying to get rid of it. i'd say anywhere from $50-$100 for all of it. if you wanna come by my area and check it out or i can try to take some pics. let me know.

Update 20091030:
*Installed all new faucets throughout the house
*rebuilt toilets
*replaced all copper based hoses/valves with safer and better ones
*Pool Service started
*Got new fridge
*Got new dishwasher
*got new overhead microwave (but need to installed as shown in pics)
*Got some blinds but need more
*basic furniture
Plan for this month and next:
*Bedroom set for guestroom (as show in pic it's just queen mattress on a frame)
*Accent furniture like end tables, lamps etc etc
*Install my framed art that I paid over 1K for.
*More blinds, shutters and drapes.
*get some really nice patio/pool furniture
*dining/breakfast table
*formal dining room table, china hutch
*Pool table for the middle of the formal living room.
here are some pics of it so far. I've only live in a week so it's pretty empty still.

Nice house. Love the dog, too!

Are you gonna change the paint? I don't know why, but people in the US seem to have the tendency to have everything in that beige/tan color..vinyl, carpet, walls..seems like "blablabla from top to bottom" to me And why any person would have carpet almost in the whole house is beyond me.

LOL. I was thinking the exact same thing. But the house looks really nice regardless.

wow, i didnt know baths can have carpet?? keep a towel by the shower to prevent mold! haha must feel really good in the morning though when it's freezing

it's really coming along now, you got the mod bug on your house... time to order JDM parts for it paper lamps and bamboo shades! lol
