People like updates so here is what I did past couple weeks. I replaced family couch because I hate my new one. So I decided to ditch a sectional w/ chaise and just get a big ass sectional. I freaking love it. I have a 3K mattress and even I slept like a baby on it watching TV last night. I also ditch the ottoman for that big as coffe table in which so much useful.

I put part of the sectional in the living room and the other part with the chaise in the guest bedroom, for now.

Here you can see my frame that is going in the formal dining room. It was expensive but I think it will set the dining room off nicely.

Here is my new formal dining table. I just placed orders for 4 more chairs. Yes, it will seat 10 people. I forgot the kinda wood it was but the damn thing cost nearly as much as my car. I had no idea what I was getting into. I still need to get another for the breakfast room but smaller so I can use everyday because this is only for occasions.

I also got a washer and dryer yesterday but didnt take anypics since its nothing special. This house is making me poor little by little. But not using credit cards FTMFW!

You're throwing a lot of money at a house that is probably still losing value. Might have been better to wait to do all those upgrades. Materials and labor are cheap now though so it may break even.

I plan on owning this house for a long time so current home vaue to me is irrelevant. My house is in a nicer neighborhood so when value goes up, my house will go up first. I do a lot of the work myself so I'm not worried about money.

Yeah, I still have the MR2. I didn't wanna sel it but might soon to make room for a C6 Z06.

Guest room has a queen size memory foam top :] I sleep in it sometimes when I'm too lazy to go upstairs.

Now that I bought a pickup, I am looking for a boat. But nothing big or flashy. All I want is a Bayliner to go fishing and fit enough people to party in the summertime. They're not that expensive.
