It's true, mud sucks and I don't want to go otb trying to clear mud sections. I was just rode through Santiago Oaks yesterday (all the way up Oak trail, down Barham ridge, to Chutes, to Roadrunner) was a great day to ride.

It's possible that the trails will be closed to all traffic if the rain floods out the trails anyway.
