Question Trouble getting into refresh mode

Has anyone else out there had trouble getting the seats into refresh mode? The front seats recline well enough but they don't seem to slide forward enough to allow it to drop nicely inline with the back seat.

I had that problem too. Try putting both the back of the front seat and the bottom of the back seat down at the SAME time. They will meet like a teepee half way down, then just push the top of the teepee down and they will both fold down nicely.
Works like a charm.

You might have figured this out...
but I find that it does help if you recline the back seat first too!
And ya.. do what matt said.. and you should be golden!

Rear seats have to be in max recline position, then push front seats as far forward as they will go even more so than max front latch.
