No one is saying your bashing on anyone. I just said you showed up late and missed out on the meet. Im sure if you would of gottn there on time you would of been happy like all the others. And ive been to many organized meets, not to mention the last one here in Houston (HPD Cruise). No one is bashing, and If you ever throw a meet out in Corpus I would come out to check it out.

Hey Stan, it was nice meeting you, I just didn't understand why you were so late. Yea the meet was short and needs a little more planning, but we all had a blast the whole day doing our own things afterwards. That's why we have forums though. Put in your suggestions to do things and we'll fit it in. I was like wow, ok we're leaving, but we went driving and afterwards back to freshen up cause man I was sweating balls out there and I needed a refresh. After everyone had their break, people were showing up at our hotel. Still fun in my eyes. Jason mentioned about Vol 3 to be in Corpus Christi. Stan, talk to Jason if you want to help organize this meet. I'm sure you have lots of ideas to keep us from being bored

wowh wowh there fella. me and loza didnt mean to... whatever, no its not a Deadly vs jason thing at all. what do you expect, SEMA??? the meet lasted about 3-4 hrs, some of us had thingns to do so we left after the drive. we talked cars, ate, took photos and went for several drives. others stayed in Atx, so they hungout together longer. what are your suggestions for another meet if this not what you expected, chime in your ideas. if this isnt ideal for a meet what sounds good to you? i really do not want to push anyone away from our meets. like i said small community here. we would be more than pleased to have you at another meet. no offense made towards you.

I had a freakin BLAST! But was a little caught off guard when we split when we did-- but no biggie--the drive that that small group of us took at City Park after the split was entirely too much fun (on my stiff coilovers anyway!-- just kidding , but really it's a strong case for good suspension on a generally underpowered car, and it looks like it was a learning experience for many of us, but I digress...).

I think we can all have some input for the next one to just grow it and make it more fun than the last-- I think we are all pretty new to this-- I know I sure am-- but have done "meets" for other interests of mine and seen somewhat what works and what doesn't. Overall, for just throwing it together, it was a really fun time and I absolutely can not wait until the next one-- which I will be happy to help out with in any way I can.

HUGE, GIANT, UBER-MAD PROPS TO MUGEN MOJO FOR EVERYTHING!!! Thank you brother! You are the man!

I got a few sweet pics but I need a little edit time with them and am slammed at work today (already trying to cram lunch down my pie-hole as I type this!)

Defenitly. Now i think i'm going to be getting all my suspension work done before i get an exhaust and whatnot. After that whole thing. I wish i could have taken a ride on those C/Os because i'm still trying to convince myself not to get the springs and just save until i can get the c/o setup.

And my brother thinks that exhaust u have is the best thing since sliced bread. He said as soon as he gets his fit that is the first thing he's getting...

I had an amazing time. It was defenitly worth the drive. Next time i'm bringing a bathing suit tho. Unless we goin to hippie hollow. LOL. Even tho the turnout wasn't as good as expected, i really had a good time. Big props to jason. And the soundtrack for the meet was awesome too. Muchos Gracias to Jason and his wife. Good job.

Now that said i don't know if i'd drive out to Austin again. That was a hell of a drive. If i did i'd have to stay longer for sure. Same for dallas. I'm down but i'm going to have to schedule it way in advance. Now houston on the other hand. I could defenitly do. Its only 3 hours for me, and i got places to stay there. Defenitly holler at me if ya'll doing something there. Or if rene, jason, jeff you guys just wanna get together one afternoon drink some beers or whatever i'm down for that.

I'm sorry for the confusion DA I was tryin hard to get u with the group. But it was nice to actually meet you and check out that pimp fit. Now u got me thinking about the GramLights again. LOL. And that civic was pimp too.

Can't say as i'd make it out to corpus but you never know i'm just crazy like that....

Since most groups do use Radios for trips, I suggest we all buy some for next time. Cheap ones like 20-30 dollar radios would do. It would also help if like lets say, we all came to a stop, Adam wouldn't be coming in flying and skidding accross the road. And if someone gets cut off, then it would be easier to find us. Just a thought.

I can understand the drive from both perspectives, everyone wants to go fast and expeirence the curves, but i think it would be cool to just hang back and enjoy ourselves then no one gets lost. Everyone stays together and we look mean in the hills

I'm glad most of you had a great time. I put a lot of effort into setting this whole thing up and tried my best to make everyone go home with some memmories that they will enjoy for the rest of their life. I'm sorry if, for some of you, the meet ran short. My wife has never been to Austin, and I had many sites to show her. This was the last weekend I would have off for over a month and I wanted to make the best of it. I wanted to spend some time with all you guys, swap stories and convoy the hills, but wanted to share my experiance of Austin with my wife more than anything else. So please forgive me for being a rude host.

As for Vol 3, I have scratched the idea of Corpus Christi. Nothing towards Stan, but I want every meet I though to be better than the last. It's going to be very hard to top Austin. So for the next one will be only for the truest die hard fans. It will be in the works for the next few months and will probabley take place deep in the hill country. The cruise will be around an hour and a half long and will go along some of the most beautiful hills in Texas. This will be a journey! An Epic Journey that will test your stamina as well as your skill.

Jason, How about setting up one with Autocross, I'd love to go out there to see or even try myself. Hill driving for an hour and a half? better make that 2 hours lol. The fun never stops on hill driving. Until we see 2 big ass buzzards sitting in the road and a bunch of Fit's about to pile up haha.
