I know his number. j/k.

It was an AWESOME meet considering only 10 Fit's and 1 RSX showed up. I can't wait to upload these pic's and see the ones everyone else took as well. Will keep in touch.

it was fun up and down the hills, I didn't get to open the taps to much though oh well, can't wait to see the pics. .. Minus the RSX

SERIOUS, the brakes suck. So were u feeling your slow brakes or my slow brakes?!?! Well u almost felt them.... I definitely had an awesome time. we saw "sweet rides" and "got some hot pics". But I tell u what those curves let u know everything about your vehicle that sucks. And after about 10 minutes of hard carving, all the tires and breaks let u know that they aren't there anymore.

Was great meeting the few guys that I did in person. Sorry for being as late as I was but I suppose its my loss. I prolly wont be attending anymore though for a while. A 45min. cruise and 2 1/2 hours of chilling out after driving over 3 hours (or in the LA. guys case double that), just doesnt seem worth it. Im basing this on the fact that no one is ever ontime so lets say rollout was scheduled at 11,but didnt prolly happen till 11:45 or 12... then I saw you guys just east of the Dam at 3:20 which I was told when calling that the meet was over.

Why was the meet so short? If no one minds me asking.

I'm thinking cuz it was so darn hot out there. And we had taken most of the pictures we wanted to take. About 1/2 of us headed over to the Motel 8 and hung out the rest of the day/night.

I do agree.... I'm used to a bit more organized (and larger) events... but we gotta start somewhere

true that this is a small group of enthusiasts that are not group organizers. we, especially jasosn, does his best to make these things happen. he has taken it upon himself to set this up. i had fun. the meet was was awsome, pics then food, then we DROVE, then more pics then more drivin, then everyone went their own ways. Thats what i figured it was all about a few pics some hellos and then see how much fun u can have without wreckin ur car. u know what time the meet was Accuracy, dont cry. if you dont wanna show up dont we aint gonna sweat it. but if you do wanna attend any more, than you are more than welcome. and if you think you can do a better job of "event organizing", than you throw the next meet, after vol3, dont mean to bash you or flame but take it for what it is... car owners that love their car and like to meet others that love their cars. we are a small community in TX...my two cents... great job jason keep it up, we will all keep showin!!!

Oh trust me, Im not crying. The organization seemed to be there. I thought Jason was nice and did a fine job. My question was about why the meet was so short, no where did I mention that it was poorly organized or what the point of driving in a parking garage like an idiot or speeding everywhere was. Anyhow, its more like im questioning the enthusiast part because chilling for 3 hours doesnt sound very enthusiastic to me... That sounds trendy.

As a matter of fact the only person that wasnt on time was you. Everyone else met up on time and went on the cruise. And actually the meet was not short at all it was actually an all day event. We all met up at the meeting spot in the morning as stated, and went up all the way till we finally splitted at night in Downtown Austin. Anyhow, as of you not wanting to be a part of these events anymore is just your lost. Simply no one is really complaining but you. And as stated on the second sentece of your comment you being late was your own loss and no one elses falt. Jason just tried to have Fit enthusiasts go out and enjoy a great time to talk, relax, and have a great time, which to me all those categories were met.

Sorry but there was only half the cars at the hotel that were supposably at the meet so half didnt carry on. That sounds like the end of a meet to me. I dont know what meets you are going to but being in a hotel room doesnt seem to be part of any of the meets ive been to.

You guys go right on a head and keep thinking im bashing on Jason and the rest of you. Those of us who have been to meets such as mnapuran suggested a reasonable explination such as the heat understand where im coming from while you others are trying to make this a me against Jason and the uber small Fit community in Texas which is just dumb.
