I'm trying to determine whether or not to tape mine or just wash it when i get in austin on friday. because i do have a 7 hour drive but i'm also very lazy...

 

Im definately taping mine up until we get to the place were taking the pics at. Because I saw that destination A on the map is just the meeting spot.

LOZA I REALLY need contact info for ATTITUDE RACING. I got a bunch of stuff I need done next week and right now I am planning to just go up to Austin on Friday and visit my boys at Soul Speed, and just stay the night and catch you guys there in the morning. After the exhaust-manifold-bolt-in-the-shifter incident at the "other" place, I don't want to go back there (not for this stuff anyway).

 

Man, my shit has rock chips with 27K Miles in 11 months and pics from Cali to Florida to back it up. Rock chips suck but at 70MPH Id much rather people pass me giving the thumbs up instead of that "WTF that shit has tape or something all over it" look. While I understand the concpet of the tape, I enjoy my car being seen without the mask.

 

Yea sorry Jeff for the late reply, but I had to look for the number. I was gonna say hes always really booked so Im not sure if what his availability is on working on your car. But hes a great honda tech and very recomandable. I pmd you his number.

 

I guess each their own, cause I would hate to see my front end all ****ed up due to stupid rock chips. Also Im the type of person that could give a shit what people around me think. I know the purpose of it and while their shit gets chipped im happy to know that mines rolling just fine

 

well my chits all ready chipped in multiple spots. its pretty freakin aggravating
but i thinking of getting a carbon fibre hood so i'm not stressin too much

 

i would tape my bumper if i was making the drive but since im here already im just going to have it washed, clay bar'd and waxed that morning. yay for living in austin!
