Dam it do one in March too i will be in houstan for the 19-23 for spring break and to visit a friend. I have not gone to any meets yet.!!! But i am tempted to just drive west for this one anyway. Its 9 hours to Houston for me whats the time of this meet???

 

Feb 28th. It starts at noon til whenever. I'll probably stay til about 4-5pm.

 

hell yeah man come. I'm in lafayette, LA. you can stay on my couch the night before and we roll out on friday. And you can stay in the hotel with us. i'm getting two rooms for two nights. friday night and sat. night. 50/night per room. so its super cheap

 

Oh thats a Saturday. I was thinking the 28th was Friday i was like hows every body geting out of work so early. Well like i said i am going to houston on the 19th-23rd of march. But i only live 9 hours away so i might just stop by and visit my old friend there and both of us come out to this to meet u guys. I really want to see ur fit bluecell turbo and VBP is FTW

 

If its in houston i have a friend there and he lets me stay at his house when i visit so thanks for the offer if something comes up where i cant stay at his place i will let u know. I cant roll out to Friday afternoon the millatary it sucks for geting time off. i will probaly be able to leave here in FL at around 3-4 so i wont get there till like 12 or 1 in the morning hmm i have a feeling this is going to suck to drive that far. But hey bigtoepfer thanks man its really great that u would let me stay on the couch and let me go when u really don't even know me. That means a lot and i think that is why i like the fit community so much we are all pretty close even though we might have never of met before. I am going to give it every thing i got to make it to this even if that mean drinking a case of redbull on the way there i am texting my friend now to give him a heads up i will be there

Yea thats what i do i have done alot of long trips. I went from CA to FL that was long. Cool so i wont be the only tired one there

 

I feel you 08fithappy about getting time off I'm "Army" I have not been on in a few but is there a strip map or meet spot at the park that has been put out?

Dam i did spell it fuc** up. My bad long day at work and school last night. Army cool im trying to get out with my 2 year degree and go ethier acitve or reserve army officer. I fixed it for u guys

 

Oh and the fit is perfect for long trips to go to meets it only costs me $15 to fill up and i have refresh mode for when i get tired

Yea me to its a long drive for one day of a meet. But there is no close meets to me its this or orlando and thats about 8 hours away

 

Most likely going to hit up the lemons race before me and Jeff head out on Sunday. If you're willing to stay a little longer, come check it out.

I'm not so sure on the entrance. The event is Saturday Sunday for the 24 hour lemons. A Fit owner is racing his lemon Celica there. I'll ask him if there's entrance fees.

 

Hey just talked to my friend hes down. So i will be there and if its cool i will bring along my friend. Is there any thing i can bring i am driving from FL so i think food would go bad. Not sure if beer is alowed but i could get some of that or plates and things like that

 

Man thats a sweet road trip...be safe, and you can bring anything to contribute although beer isnt allowed at the park..
