I was surprised at what I saw las night at work
I took a new job as a delivery gut for starbuck at night for the rockville bethesda area and I was doing one of my stops last night right in front of were CARTREDZ used to be. and I saw a stock 06 corolla vs a 04 sentra vs a 07 fit. Now I hear them revvin they stock motors and since it was in the area of one the the only performance shops in maryland back in the late 90's early 2000's I knew what was going to happen, But what I didnt expect was who won the lil stupid race,......??? the dam corrolla. Now I really didnt expect the fit to win since I think its the least powerful of the three. But what really got me was how bad the corolla won buynit dusted the fit off and the sentra was way in the back. I was expecting the sentra to be the winner but maybey I dont know as much as I thought I did. And considering they were all stock, well at least to the appearance I figured it would be a slow race were the sentra would inch away to the win.

I cant se a reason why not other than lack of a back seat, nice wheels by the way, what kind ans size are they
back in 93-94 when I got into imports and street racing pretty much everything was low. Most of us had civic's corollas, 240's, sentra's,golf's. Some might have been a little luckyer to have a gsr integra, vr6 jetta/golf gti, 2.5 rs impreza, turbo mx6 mazda, vr4 galant, or gst/gsx eclipse. But very fex could afford supras, rx7's, 3000gt's, or 300zx's. So it kinda reminded me of the long gone good ol days of the past

pics and write would be fantastic!
its just a seat frame thats lower than the factory ruckus seat frame. I do hope you know that the ruckus is a scooter and not a car, even though its a honda like the fit.

But if you want to do it to your fit then measure and mark where the seat bolt location is, from where it s bolted to the slider from the bottom.
Cut a cardboard template and take a marker and place dots on the cardboard according to the measurements there should be four dots well at least it was on my 91 integra when I did this in 96.
The measure how far from the doorsil the seat is before you remove it
Get the same mm and size bolt as the one on then factory ones but make sure they are long enuff to be screwed in from th bottom of the car.
Get some washers and little rubber gromets to put on the bolts before you screw them in
Remove the seat from the car, by unbolting the sliders, the unbolt them from the seats check to make sure the bottom of the seat holes line up with the the ones you made to the cardboard template.
Cut the template to fit flat with the foor take a grease pencil and mark the carpet or bear metal with the same measurements as the templatePoke holes in the template to line the up with the grease pencil marks, if they all line up perfect drill holes.
Make sure you move or remove any brake lines, abs sensors, wires, fuel lines etc...etc..... before you drill.
Drill holes, place washer's on bolts then rubber grommetts then feed bolts through bottom to you can hand tighten them, torque em down
Volia ghetto fabbed lowered seats.
Or buy some lower seat brackets from memory fab, ebay, bride, sparco, momo, recaro, etc..etc... and cut weld drill or bolt the to make the fit
