The TRMotorsports C1 15x7 wheels are listed at 12.8lbs. I wonder if they would pass tech inspection.

Evil, can't wait for that website to get going! I'm about 95% sure I will have a B-Spec car, but we'll talk more about it off-forum when things calm down on your end.

Yes, definitely let me know when you get certification while I tidy up my sh*t

I have a set of 15x7 @ 11.3 lbs. coming in soon from a company that only makes two versions (15 & 17 yep, they only carry these 2 wheels) of their race approved low pressure cast monoblock wheels...

and oh yeah... only $130/wheel

but are pre-made 6 points from companies (like cusco and such) meet scaa specs? I've heard some aren't...

i dont think cusco are but autopower are scca approved. they dont make one for the fit though and if you thought about making it fit using a different model that wouldnt work either because in the rules the main hoop has to be very close to the roof, i think like .5 inches away or something close to that. the fit is quite tall so any other model roll cage (ie: EK ) would sit too low.
