Retired Touring Car GE being rebuilt for local match races
CTCC (Chinese Touring Car Championship) car from 2009-2010. Fully welded and caged chassis, AP Brakes, Gramlight wheels, Yokohama Slicks, M800 ecu, 6 speed Holinger Sequential tranny, full spherical bearing suspension. Engine was absolutely unopened (rules), and all mods basically pertain to stopping, handling and ignition.
After 2 competitive seasons and 2 seasons of running around on track days...the little engine has been torn down and is getting a mild rebuild. Now without the restrictive ruleset, the boys will open up that restrictive head a bunch and maybe throw a cam in it.
In CTCC Trim circa 2009-2010

Club Races and Track days since...

Waiting for the recomposed engine!

Crazy stuff. I like how the suspension droop looks the same with the car in the air as when it's on the ground
Do you know anything about where they sourced the parts or is everything custom? Bushings, trans? Info on ECU?

Transmission is not cheap, it's made by Holinger for light fwd cars and is very low weight and low friction. Exchangeable ratios and a clutch-pack LSD make it the best possible solution for this style of car. Suspension setup is mostly made in house...not sure what shocks are on the car, but all the bits are proprietary design pieces.
