Hi

I've searched around here and via Google and can't find a solution to this...

I have a 2013 Jazz and the remote locking will only unlock - it wont lock via the remotes. Both remotes have the same issue, so I am confident it's not a remote battery issue.

1) Batteries on remotes - checked
2) Locks / unlocks via key - checked
3) Doors / windows closed, with nothing obscuring locking mechanisms

Q's
a) Is there a "reset" procedure for the central locking?
b) Would removing the fuse (and replacing it) help?
c) Anything else to try before it goes to a Honda garage?

Exactly same problem. Have you managed to find a solution? I checked all door switches, one left I need to check is hood latch switch.

 

I'm in for info on this..... Both keys on my 2017 do this.... And the red light, stays on instead of just blinking when either button is pressed... And when I press the "lock" button it unlocks.....😒
