I recently acquired an 07 Fit sport and while driving it the other day I noticed that the heat was only coming out of the front vents regardless of the setting. I was getting zero air to the windshield and the feet.
It looks like whatever moves to change the air flow is stuck.

How can I fix this? Will it require changing the entire blower or heater core unit?

 

Guessing something has fallen in a vent and jammed the blend door. You could try pulling the pollen filer out and looking through that slot and see if you can see in to that section of the ducts. Other option is to drop out the blower motor and see what you can access through there.
