My car has a problem, that makes it impossible for me to sync my phone via Bluetooth. It keeps telling me that the car is moving, even though it's stopped.

I had found in the past a solution for that, which would be entering the firmware update screen, that pairs with your phone Bluetooth, then, when you turn the radio on again, your phone is paired.
Now I bought a new phone and I can't find again how to enter this screen. That's the model of the radio:
