Hello!

I have a 2011 honda fit and I am replacing the tie rods, after removing the inner tie rod I noticed there is a plastic spacer which is broken in my car.

You can see the plastic spacer in this video, look at 3:52 timestamp
I went to the dealership and they can not find the part number.

Questions:
1-Do you guys know by any chance the part number?
2-Is there any workarounds for this problem?
3-Can I install the tie rods without the plastic spacer?

I have attached a picture of the schema and the part should be on the left of part #14 but it is not reflected there.
