Valve adjustment questions

Hey all, I plan to adjust my valves first thing in the morning in a few days and wanted to get some feedback before starting the job on my gd3

When adjusting the intake valves, for example, the range says .006 to .007. Does this mean both feeler gauges need to be able to fit and have a bit of drag? With the .007 having a little more resistance? Or should I pick one to focus on for the job and just work with the .007
I see some people reccomend removing the spark plugs and others saying it's not necessary, whats the verdict on that?
After assembling the car back together how long should I wait before driving to let the hondabond cure?
Is there a certain amount of time after installing the valve cover when I can idle the car to check for leaks before shutting it back off to let the hondabond fully cure

Any other tips are appreciated, thank you
