seat track extenders
In addtion to the seat try the gas pedal mod. It takes a lot of strain off your leg.

Searching on Google for extension track mods on the Fit I came across a LA company that makes mods for various cars, but currently not the Fit. But, after inquiring they said they were interested in making a mod kit for the Fit. Here's what they said:
LA is too far away for me, but one of you may be nearby and interested in their offer. You can visit their website at Home and see that they charge $225 for the kit on several other cars.
We are very interested in completing a solution for the FIT.
Would you do me a favor and post a thread seeking a test vehicle in Los Angeles?
IN exchange for a client allowing us to use their vehicle for 3-4 business days, we would provide them with a free set of brackets along with a rental vehicle.
Do you know if the FIT shares a platform with the CRV or any other Honda's?
