When do you guys bring your car for it's first service? 30k?

I'm at 10k and need a tire rotation.. Honda said they won;t do rotation until i brign it in for service.. i wanna avoid 10k service.. any idea where i can get it done?

I wanna change over to synthetic.. anyone know where i can bring my own filter and oil for change for a fee?

What kind and size filter works for the fit? If you can provide website for OEM filters then it would be great!

 

go to any dealer and ask for a filter for the fit. most auto parts stores if not all carry oil filters for the Fit as well....either look it up in the books or ask the person at the parts counter to look up the numbers

as for bringing in your own stuff.....some dealers will do it. most small shops will do it as well. i perfer doing it myself....i trust my work and i know whats going in and coming out hope this helps!

IMHO Mobil 1 filters work well but i like the HAMP filters.

Autoparts stores carry filters already. I suggest Purolator PureOne. Ive been using it for years now.

Tire rotations are suggest every other oil change. Rotate and balance at 12k.
