Floor Illumination Lights

Hey guys, I'm from the EP3 forum and I'm helping someone mod their Fit. We drive basically the same cars except the fit is go.

Anyone know if having Floor Illumination is possible in the fit?

We have a DIY at ep3. I haven't seen one here. Check out the pictures of them.

This was my design

This is the outcome of someone else's. (dont have pics of mine installed)

The lights mimic the dome lights.
My question to ya'll is do you know where the constant 12+v source is on the fuse box, AND do you know the wiring to the dome light. The wiring for the dome light should look like this in the EP3:

Perfecto, thanks Stervin

CKranez, you can do this serveral ways. The way I chose was to buy pre-made LED modules that come with a negative and positive connection. I simple hook it up to a 12v connection and I am done. The way it works is nicely explained on https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...ome-light.html

I used 12" cathodes on both sides and 4" in the back

I extended the wires and wired them into the fuse of the dome light.

You could've done a search... but here it is
