dude.. its obvious the post o2 sensor is sensing that ur cat is flowing too freely like its not supposed to lol. the o2 sim will set the o2 sensor out of the flow of the exhaust so its reading normal.. pretty much like what fa1 said. dont see why a sim wouldnt fix ur prob...
