Can we install fuel filter in the engine bay for more clean fuel. I was thinking of tube type filter.

The fuel filter is accessed by removing the top of the fuel tank and is not meant to be regularly serviced. Get a subscription to alldatadiy or the original service manual. There are much better ways to spend your time and money.

 

My thinking is that if it needed a secondary filter, Honda would have put one on it.
