Bumper not clipping in...

A few months ago, I was involved in a fenderbender. Well, looks like it's not gonna get fixed by the other insurance company. So I need to look at doing this myself.

I looked at the thread about taking th bumper off. Seems this thing should just snap on. However, I'm wondering if I'm not applying enough pressure. But either way, it is not clipping in.

Pics available if needed.

I think pics would help, idk I had some trouble when I had to put my front end back on you just have to make sure everything is lined up all the way around, see if you can get someone to help hold the bumper in place and then snap in the side that is giving you the most trouble first.

EDIT: I just looked at your blog, so yeah those are the clips that were giving me trouble also, the front driver side under the head light.
