My Wagner replacement rotors (BD61982) don't have the 2 screw holes in them and my old ones had them. Is this an error by Wagner? Thanks

 

Not to worry, the countersunk screws were there to hold everything together during vehicle assembly.


It is not absolutely necessary to have them (as long as the wheels are there to keep the rotors from falling off)


PS, the OTHER threaded holes COULD be needed later on, as they are there to help remove the rotors by screwing bolts bolt into them. Do the Wagner rotors include those at least?

No the only holes in the Wagner Rotors are 4 holes where the bolts go. It is exactly like pic below except mine has 4 holes.

Update: I went and ordered another Wagner Rotor set from a different company and received the identical ones so I installed them anyhow. I will let you know in a couple of years how hard it will be to take them off.

 

HeeHee, hope you used a bit of anti-seize behind them. The A-S not only prevents corrosion, it acts as a heat sink to help rotor heat dissipate.

 

Anti-seize behind the rotor...never thought of that. I might as well take off the wheels now and squeeze a little bit behind the rotors.
