M8 x 1.25 is also my recollection. Typically I just use a wire brush and a rubber mallet to tap the rotor if needed. Keep rotating the rotor as you tap. You should consider using anti-seize on the hub to help prevent the rotors from sticking.

From what I have read you need to use an impact driver to break it loose. If you decide to drill it out here are some overpriced replacements.

There seems to be two different discussions happening. SpeedLimitz and I were discussing the threaded holes that you can insert bolts to remove the rotors. It appears that Thurst63 is now talking about the small screw that holds the rotor to the hub.

Yeah I'm assuming your trying to get rotor off hub. If your careful you can hit the rotor area around wheel studs to break rotor loose, don't hit the studs obviously

No I wanted to know about the screw to remove,I was just saying that I already drilled out the screws they use to hold them on in the factory

You need this tool and a BFH to remove stuck rotor screws.

I have drilled them out once, when I couldn't find my tool.
You don't need to replace them. The rotor is sufficiently clamped between the hub and the rim.

They are mainly to hold the rotor on while the car is being built. It might make it easier to put the loaded caliper back on if it isn't spread all the way. Up to you. Put em back in or leave them out.

it's a philips head #3, hammer the end of the screwdriver and remove by rotating out.
