Like i said my mom left the window down and it smells like a Louisiana swamp in the fit and that DEFINITELY is not JDM. Anyone got ideas other than putting car fresheners in en bulk?

Sorry but for the swamp smell.

Up north we now have to call them "Wetlands", political correctness you know - but a swamp is a swamp no matter what and they stink.

Keep the windows and doors open parked in the full sun and dry 'er out. Drive around with the heat on hi/floor/outside. Worst case is pulling things apart but that's the last resort.

A little shot of Ozium might help keep things at bay until it can be eliminated through other means. Depends on how bad it is.

Just out of curiosity why would a car suddenly smell bad from a window being rolled down? Was it left open in the rain?

Tip from a sail boating friend. http://www.naturesairsponge.com/

I've used it in cars for a few years. Good product.
