The Fit have a problem with the ECT Sensor 1 giving an abnormally high value when cold, in turn, making a cold startup attempt a PITA! The IAT indicates around 30°f and the ECT in the range of 150°f on the first startup in the morning... Habitually both are similar (Like they should anyway!), part load cruise operating temps indicates anywhere between 200 to 250°f, engine have absolutely no power when it will indicate 230°f+ and i don't have a CEL! Anybody had a similar problem on their Fit? Mine is a 2008 M\Y with 170k km on it!

P.S. Coolant outlet have normal temps recorded with a laser thermometer and thermostat is operating normally... Still awaiting a better diagnostic!
