The cable on my A/C air flow direction knob broke and needs to be replaced. This is the cable that operates the valve that directs the air from defrost, a/c vent or floor. I have the plate off under the knobs but can't figure out how to get the unit out in order to remove the old cable and install the new. BTW, While I am at it, the lights on the a/c controls quit working and I was planning on replacing them as well. I need all the instructions, hints, how to's , I can get. Thanks.
