What oil do I use?

Hi im new to the forums and got a 2002 1.5L VTEC GD3 Honda Fit. The car has done 36,000kms. I don't have the service manual and need to find out what oil I should use. Any help would really be appreciated.

Thanks

It should say on the oil cap. But in case it's not there: 5W-20.

Well you are right in the cusp of 5-25 or 10-30 since you get a little of both hot and cold. Either will work ok but if you get more hot than cold 10-30 would be my choice. Unless you want to change your oil with the weather LOL.
