What type oil do you use in your Fit. What is recommended by Honda??

Safflower oil, because of the very high flash point and purity without negative tastes. Sometimes I'll go all out and add extra virgin olive oil, but only for short change intervals, as the smoke point is too low for extended oil change intervals. If you are on a budget, bulk peanut oil is a good choice.

Good olive oil is expensive!!!

 

Any brand name oil will perform fine, if you're asking about the grade I'll suggest following the advice in your owners manual which should be imprinted on the oil fill cap.
