Blown Fog light bulb - 07 Fit.

Hi All,

New here, need help changing a fog light bulb on an 07 Fit. Is there an easy way, like a panel that can be removed below the for light.

Thanks,

Will

There is a phillips screw in the front bumper for each side. If you have your hand on the fog light glass move your hand toward the center of the car and you will feel/see it. I did not even notice it until I was looking for it.

Does this remove a cover?? These are located under the bumper??

Thanks.

The cover and the glass will come out as one piece but you can remove the glass once it is off the vehicle. The screws are not under the bumper but screw into the the side of the fog light housing itself.

Awesome!! This removes the fog light cover then??

And the screws are easy to see?? The car is Orange Metallic.

Once I do this, I can change the bulb for her?? The car is 100kms away, but I will be headed down soon.

You should find it pretty easily. once you have the housing out you will need a small flat head screwdriver to remove the bulb from the socket (depending on the size of your hands this will be challenging). when you have the socket off rotate the bulb and just pull it out. Great choice on color I have the same

Have not made it down yet to change the fog light.

Also has the Passenger front parking light out, how would I go about changing that??

Will do them both for her when I see her next, just need to know what tools to bring with me.

Sorry for the questions, she is 100kms/63 miles away. Just want to be prepared.

For the parking light it depends on if you are lowered or not. If you are not lowered you will need a small phillps and small flat head screwdriver. Turn the wheel all the way to the left, pop the front 3 or 4 inner fender clips out and reach in for the light. If you are lowered you will have to lift the car. I just did mine last weekend and with the car in the air there is plenty of room.
