I did a bad bad thing...

Stupid me: Doing the Independent Fog mod, I didn't disconnect the battery first.
Cutting the wire for the relay, I assidentally(not a typo) cut another wire and made sparks.
Not 4th of July sparks, but the damage is done. Immediately after starting I got 2 DTC's:P0498 low voltage at evap can valve
and P0135 A/F heater.
Cleared the A/F code with El Cheapo scanner, but the 498 Evap code didn't clear.
P0135 returned immediately after starting. Repeated scan/erase..same results
Tested A/F relay, as thats the wire I accidentally cut & shorted-it's OK.
WHT/red stripe is the wire in question.
Just to make sure, I swapped identical relay from rear de-fog..same results.
All fuses under hood & under dash test OK. Car runs fine thru entire drive cycle.
Any genius out there that can help me out?

Talking Problem solved...

Ok, I was testing my fuses by eye-ball, and they all looked good. However I bought a $.99 probe that saved the day. 1 fuse(that's all it takes, right?) passed the eyeball test, but wasn't passing current. The offender was fuse #23 under dash-labeled "LAF". Learned 2 lessons: dis-connect the battery(even if you are working on circuits that are not 'hot' with key off)
And dont trust your eyeballs 100%
