Hey guys I got a civic and a fit and I want to buy a pair of ramps and start changing my own oil and draning and refilling my AFT at the same time.

My question is if im supposed to change ATF on a level surface will it be ok to do on ramps? Can I just fill it on the ramps then recheck and add more once its level?

 

Oil, yes.

ATF, no. You only drain a small portion by dropping the pan, there isn't a drain plug on the auto. Try the forum search for this, you will learn a ton.
