I recently had a misfire in cylinder 3 and got it fixed with new coil and plug. A couple days pass and a o2 sensor goes out and I replaced it. Now I have all these codes popping up. Replaced all plugs and coils. Problem still persist. When car warms up the idle becomes real rough almost cutting out..start to drive and the top of 1st is good, 2nd is good, 3rd gear is ok takes a little while to get to 4th. 4th gear is a little rough when getting to 5th and at low rpms is rough. Got a innova scanner and seen that the egr comm was at 0 and egr error was 99.2 so I cleaned it up and the passage way now they both are reading 0. Not sure what else to do.
