Blown Fuse car won't start?

2010 Fit. Got the following codes a few days after a drive through car wash, car won't start / EPS light is on. Battery (new, 3 months old) is at 12.6V, cannot jump start car. Got the following DTCs. Can a blown fuse prevent car from starting? no cranking when key is turned, but lights come on, electrical system seems working. Thanks.

Honda ABS Confirmed DTCs (Permanent)
61-1 MODULATOR-CONTROL UNIT INITIAL IG LOW VOLTAGE
POSSIBLE FAILURE
Battery Voltage Down
Alternator
FSR +B fuse

61-21 MODULATOR-CONTROL UNIT POWER SOURCE LOW VOLTAGE

FSR +B fuse

EPS Confirmed DTCs (Permanent)
11-02 Low/High IG1-terminal voltage (Regular diagnosis)
POSSIBLE FAILURE
Open in IG1 signal harness
Open in +B harness
Battery degradation
ECU Failure

Fuse Issues

Check the 80A fuse (for the whole box) & the 50 A fuse in the under the hood fuse box. The 50A is the main ignition fuse. Also check other fuses associated with ignition & starter you can find in the fuse charts.
