My passenger side inner fender liner is all torn up. I've patched it with duct tape but want to replace it. I got a replacement fender liner from partsgeek but it did not come with the rivets I need to install them.

MIGHT work... worth a try.

Note that the OEM fasteners are different lengths depending on how many layers of plastic they capture. Might be a good idea to check OEM part numbers on an online dealer such as Bernardi...
