Honda Fit GD L13A DSi to VTEC head swap

Hi everyone, first time poster here.

So I'm about to buy a used 2007 Fit with the 1.4 L13A DSI engine (with just 81000km / 50000 miles) which as you may know makes about 80-83 horsepower, which is ok for every day use (what I intend to do mostly) but I'd like to add some more power later on to make it more fun. I plan to get a sports exhaust (complete with new manifold), an air filter, and a proper ECU remap to make it launch a bit quicker. But the main thing I found out was that the DSI has no VTEC therefore it's missing on some extra 15hp. Seeing that both engines are L13A's on the 1st gen and 2nd gen, brought up a question in my head: Is the L13A DSI from the 1st gen Fit the same block as the L13A VTEC from the 2nd gen? If so can I swap the engine heads and turn my DSI into a VTEC? Are they compatible, what kind of trouble could I find?

Engine swaps would be ideal, throwing an L15 VTEC with 120hp would be brilliant (hell if I were in the US I could drop a Civic Si L15 inside) but here (Argentina, we have the same Fit models from Brasil) engine swaps are way too expensive and there are not many engines lying around to do so.

Thanks in advance guys. Let me know what you think
