For this turbo kit that intercooler is plenty efficient.

A front-mount intercooler for this setup is NOT needed.

It would present a pressure drop.
The turbo is a small ball bearing type in which is well within it's efficiency.
You are not running high boost (higher pressures create the heat).
A quick spool is better for a daily driver.

Good question, the US site does not have it listed. I'm sure by the time I pay my car off it will be available.

the kits above are from HKS Kyushu.
right now HKS offering a better bolt-on kit based on HKS Kyushu's Kit
the main benefit is more efficient turbo system that can produce the same ps with lower boost.

i like the kraftwerks supercharger kit much better. Seems the keep the engine bay cleaner...IMO. Its also more of a "bolt on" per say.

Been two years since this thread and we still haven't gotten anything for the ge. I don't think we will get much kit support in the near future.

The cylinder head, ECU and engine bay are completely different among other things.

Good luck with that. Since they don't "see" a profit, they won't be making a kit. Which can you blame em? Most of the people that want a "bolt-on" kit can't take care of problems that might pop up. Which means having to provide support. And end then end would probably be a bigger mess than it was worth.

It would be easier to get a custom kit made on your own. Rather than wait. I think our biggest chance is trying to steal kits from the CRZ seeing as we use the same engine. Tuning would be on you but most of the parts needed would be there.

No one wants to touch the USDM GE Fit because of the owners.
