How to wire Emanage Ultimate?
Hey guy's, I'm going to do a home made turbo install on boxing day, and am trying to get as much done as possible ahead of the fabrication. I have bought a e-manage that I had shipped to my parents house (that's where I'll be doing my install) and would like to wire it this Monday.
I'm wondering if someone has a pin out for our ecu, or one of the kit owners wouldn't mind scanning your e-manage install pages that would be great. Thanks in advance.
Confirmed to work
Jp1 - Jp4 Leave open for injector Adj. Map to trim and add fuel
Jp5 - Jp6; not used leave open (injector 5 & 6)
Jp7; Ignition Input signal, pins 1-2,
Jp8; Ignition Output signal, pins 1-2, 5V
Jp9; Not Used, Leave Open
Jp10; VTEC Output, pins 2-3
Jp11 - Jp12; Not Used, Leave Open
Jp13; Knock Signal Input 1, Open (I will be using knock sensor; Short for Water Temp Sensor)*
Jp14; Knock Signal Input 2, Short (I will be using pull-up Type temp sensor; Open for Knock 2)*
Jp15; RPM Signal Input, pins 1-2, Normal type tach signal from ecu
Jp16; VTEC input signal, pins 1-2
Jp17; Not Used, Leave pins 1-2
Jp18; Injector Input Ch1-6, Leave Open
Jp19; Not Used, Leave pins 1-2 (Injector 7 in V8 Open, Sub Injector or NVCS relay (1-2)
Jp20; Not Used, Leave pins 1-2 (Injector 8 in V8 Open, Sub Injector or NVCS relay (1-2)
Jp21; Injector Input Ch1-6, Leave Closed
*Jp13 & Jp14, I am able to monitor Knock and Intake air temp in the data logger, but I'm not sure if I'm getting real readings. Reading on a S2K forum a member didn't recommend using these two options at all, I'll try fiddling with it a little more and see what can be made.
*There are two wires that you need to connect to this location, power ground and injector ground
**You do not need to tap RPM if you are taping Crank & Cam Angle
***Make sure to tape the harness side, it is not used
' You can choose to tap into the knock OR Water Temp
" You can choose to tap into the knock OR Intake Temp
The Bold are the bare minimum you need to do to have the Emanage work
The Italic I have only tested Knock (resonate @ 11Khz) and Intake Temp, knock seems to be working, but not sure about intake temp.

Here's what I know about the jumper setup:
You aren't using a honda distributor. You're using COP (coil-on-plug) or DIS (distributorless ignition system), so you don't want the honda dizzy jumper setting.
5v ignition signal is correct.
You don't have a K series, so you don't want the k-series vtec input.

As Promised here are the most complete wiring instruction I could make, tried to make it as clear as possible as I'm sure other people will need this.
