Thanks for that link, I bookmarked it, but I'm not sure I have a good enough understanding to put together an ignition system on my own and I don't have a stand alone engine managment computer. I was looking more for a plug and play system if there is one.

Thanks, that wiring diagram actually looks pretty straight forward.

apexi afc systems do not control ignition. they actually mess up ignition with a/f adjustments.

Would the MSD stacker-4 ignition system plug right in to the fit?

I dont' think it will be necessary. We've already got DIS and iridium plugs. It's only a 4-banger and unless your car is very heavily modded, i think going a aftermarket high performance ignition system is going to be a waste of money. A DIS ignition system can provide 50,000 Volts or more. (i know that the europeans can produce up to 80,000 volts) To ignite a a/f mixture, you only really need approx. 20,000 and then MAYBE 8,000-10,000 volts to keep it burning. Going a high performance ignition system is ONLY increasing your MAX voltage output and/or reserve capacity. If it were me, i'd rather spend my money on handeling.

Obviously, this is only my OPINION
